Part 1: Start a Custom 3D Case (Digital Upload)

Our 100% digital workflow makes ordering custom-made devices (IUXTA-3D, 3D MESH, 3D-BONE) MAESTRO Surgical Guides simple and secure. To ensure a correct design, you must provide the BTK Production Center with the following files saved in a single zipped project:

Patient's DICOM Files: Acquired via a Cone Beam CT (CBCT) scan focusing on the defect area.
STL Scans: Intraoral scans or optical scans of plaster models (Master Arch and Antagonist).
Important Note for Edentulous Patients or Metallic Restorations: You must utilise a Double Scan Protocol using a radiological template with radiopaque markers (e.g., 10-15 quartz spheres of approx. 2mm) to prevent scattering and ensure perfect alignment.
