ULTRA Implants: Single-Surgery Posterior Rehabilitation.

Specifically designed for wide post-extractive alveoli, the ULTRA large-diameter implant allows you to extract and place in the exact same appointment, avoiding months of waiting and significant alveolar bone resorption.

The Biomechanical Advantage for Posterior Sectors

Standard implants placed in wide molar sockets often result in anatomical discrepancies and suboptimal biomechanics. The ULTRA implant addresses this by featuring a significantly larger diameter, which acts as a biological "filler" for the alveolus. This increase in diameter provides a superior distribution of occlusal loads across the bone-implant interface, which is critical in the posterior regions.

Key Clinical Benefits

  • Immediate Placement: Perform the molar extraction and implant insertion during the same surgical session, reducing patient trauma and accelerating the final prosthetic timeline to just 4 months.
  • Maximum Primary Stability: The aggressive thread design and large diameter maximise Bone-to-Implant-Contact (BIC) right from the start, ensuring optimal primary stability and high insertion torque.
  • Anatomical PEEK Healing Abutments: To prevent the collapse of papillary volumes, ULTRA utilises revolutionary, customisable PEEK healing abutments. These "clog" the alveolus to retain regenerative materials and maintain an emergence profile identical to a natural tooth. Available in sizes 8x11 (maxilla), 8x8 (mandible), and 6x9 for limited spaces.
  • Dodecagonal Internal Connection: Features a secure internal dodecagonal connection (LW platform) for long-term prosthetic stability.

The ULTRA Surgical Protocol & Kit

The ULTRA system uses its own dedicated, compact surgical kit (Ref. 627NA001) designed for a rapid and intuitive workflow.

  • Interosseous Preparation: Features an exclusive round drill conceived to operate safely in the centre of the interosseous septum.
  • Progressive Shaping: Utilises a set of progressive shaped drills with longer stems to recreate the exact implant space within the alveolus while ensuring clear visibility.
  • Insertion Guidelines: Recommended insertion speed is 15-25 rpm, with a maximum insertion torque of 60-70 Ncm.
