The Go-To Implant for Immediate Loading

The IC+ is designed for endosseous implant treatment in both the upper and lower jaw, suitable for fully or partially edentulous patients. Engineered with a unique variable thread profile and a conical core, the IC+ achieves excellent primary stability and high Bone-to-Implant-Contact (BIC) values. This makes it the ideal choice for immediate loading procedures, including All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols.

  • Superior Osseointegration: Manufactured from commercially pure, cold-worked Titanium Grade 4 with a full-length Dual Acid Etched (DAE) surface to accelerate healing and new bone formation.
  • Preserves Cortical Bone: A back-tapered collar reduces load transfer in the cortical area during insertion, preventing bone compression and maintaining tissue levels for predictable aesthetic results.
  • Self-Tapping Precision: Features a narrow, active apex with cutting edges and wide longitudinal flutes up to the implant core, eliminating the need for tapping while ensuring smooth insertion even in underprepared sites.
  • Flexible Positioning: The morphology allows for sub-crestal positioning (ideal for post-extraction sites or irregular crests) or crestal positioning for thick biotypes.

The IC+ "No-Tap" Surgical Protocol

Thanks to its highly effective self-tapping design, the IC+ does not require tapping. The surgical procedure utilises an under-preparation protocol compared to standard lines to guarantee primary stability.

  • Surgical Kit: The IC+ utilises the same compact, versatile surgical kit as the BT SAFE, IS KONE, and BT NANO implant systems.
  • Recommended Insertion Speed: 15-25 rpm.
  • Maximum Torque (Implants 3.7 mm or smaller): 35-45 Ncm.
  • Maximum Torque (Implants larger than 3.7 mm): 45-65 Ncm.

  • IS+ (Morse-Taper): Features an 11° conical hexa-dodecagonal connection. Offers exceptional mechanical resistance and is fully compatible with KR prosthetic connections.
  • EC+ (External Hex): Features the classic external hexagon (ER/EW) connection. (Note: IS+ and EC+ are supplied on a per-order basis).
