Delivery Terms

Standard Delivery: We offer rapid delivery across the UK and Ireland. Orders placed by 1:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery under TUSC Dental standard 1 working day terms.
Surgical Guides (MAESTRO): The delivery time for a custom surgical guide is approximately 5 working days (1 week) after the physician's approval of the final project. In cases requiring a temporary prosthesis for immediate load with metal support, delivery is approximately 10 working days.
Special Orders: Specialised components or non-stocked items (such as IS+ or EC+ implant lines) are subject to export delivery timelines from BTK's Italian headquarters.

We cannot accept returned goods if the packaging seals are broken.
Products must be returned in their original condition, strictly conforming to the company's sale specifications.

Defect Support: In the rare event that a defect in a product is found, our team and the professionals at BTK are fully available to assist.
Sterility Warranty: Dental implants are supplied sterile via gamma ray irradiation. Sterility is only guaranteed if the packaging is completely sealed, the expiry date is valid, and the red sterilisation dot is visible.
Single-Use: Biotec strictly declares that their implants, prosthetics, and laboratory accessories are for single-use only. Reuse compromises the safety and structural integrity of the device.
