1. Zygomatic Implants (The Extrasinusal Advantage)
Engineered to support an extrasinusal approach, these implants are positioned on the external side of the maxilla to avoid perforating the sinus membrane.
- BT ZYGOMAX (Straight Profile): Features commercially Pure Ultra Fine Grain (UFG) Titanium Cold-Worked Grade 4 with a minimum 800Mpa an Internal Hexagon (IR) connection, a cylindrical 3.5 mm body, and a rough SL surface (15.1 mm) for optimal osseointegration at the zygomatic anchorage. Includes a single lead thread (0.6 mm pitch) and a 2.5 mm apex. Available lengths: 35 mm to 52.5 mm.
- BT ZYGO ROUND & BT ZYGO FLAT (55° Angled Profile): Features commercially Pure Ultra Fine Grain (UFG) Titanium Cold-Worked Grade 4 with a minimum 800Mpa an External Hexagon (EZ) connection angled at 55°. Choose between a symmetric upper threaded portion (ROUND) or a smooth flat surface (FLAT). Both feature 4 central symmetrical apical millings at 90° for precision placement. Available lengths: 35 mm up to 60 mm.
2. Nasal Implants (BT RHYNO & BT RHYNO SHIFT)
Exploit the dense maxillary bone surrounding the nose when the alveolar ridge is compromised. The implant site begins in the premolar alveolar bone and anchors between the maxillary sinus and the nasal cavity.
- BT RHYNO (Straight Profile): Features an Internal Hexagon (IR) connection, a cylindrical 4 mm body, and a 2 mm apex. Available lengths: 20, 22, 24, and 26 mm.
- BT RHYNO SHIFT (Angled Profile): Features a 24° angled External Hexagon (EZ) connection and a 2.5 mm apex for challenging trajectories. Available lengths: 20, 22, 24, and 26 mm.
3. Pterygoid Implants (PTERIGO)
Bypass the need for sinus lifting by anchoring directly into the dense, highly stable bone of the posterior maxilla, reaching the pterygoid fossa and sphenoid abutment.
- Implant Design: Features an External Hexagon (ER) connection, a cylindrical 4.7 mm body with progressive conicity, a double lead thread (1.2 mm pitch), and a self-tapping flat 2 mm apex. Available lengths: 15, 18, 20, and 22 mm.
